Candy Coating

The VPLS system has been used for several low volume applications in this industry, but "Capol" is the most common. It is applied as non-stick coating at extremely low rates to reduce product from sticking together. Dispersion drums are excellent for low volume applications that might clog small nozzle orifices.

The applied liquid is very expensive so using it efficiently and minimizing losses are critical.
